Booking Policies
2 Night Minimum stay during high season
We have introduced a 2 night minimum stay for all of our rooms.
Based on availability, one night stays may become possible, please call to enquire.
Single room rates
Rates for single occupancy in all double rooms are less £20 per night. Please press 'Single Occupancy Pricing' when booking online.
Children
Children are welcome and we can provide and a cot and highchair. Room 14 and 15 are family rooms with adjoining bedrooms.
Price per child (provided there are at least two adults in the room):
- Under 2 years: Free
- 2-12 years: £30 per night
Pets
Well behaved dogs are welcome in our ground floor rooms (2,3,4,5 and 6) with an additional charge £10 per dog per stay. Dogs are not permitted in the dining room or the guest lounge. We also request that they are kept off of the beds please.
About our rooms
We have 15 en-suite rooms in the house. 4 suites, 2 family rooms, 5 superior rooms, 3 standard rooms and 1 single room.
Our rooms are all furnished to the same high standard. Our superior rooms are larger, with views overlooking the grounds and fells beyond. Suites are the most spacious, with separate seating areas.
Throughout the house we have super-king beds, king-size beds, double beds, and also the option of setting some of the rooms up as twin beds. Please view our room gallery and descriptions for further information, or contact us for more details.
Electric Vehicles
We have two EV chargers. Guests can charge their car at a cost of £5 for 2 hours charging at 7.2kwh.
Booking Terms for the B&B
Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm. If you check-in after this time your key will be left on reception in an envelope. Check-out is before 11am.
Prices valid until March 2024.
VAT is included.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per room is required to secure a booking.
Vouchers used at the Manor will be honored regardless of 'expiration date'. Vouchers are non-refundable and can not be split across multiple bookings.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation within 7 days of your arrival date your deposit is non-transferrable. For cancellations within 24 hours of your arrival, the cost of the first night's stay will also be charged. We respectfully ask that guests have the appropriate travel insurance, as no exceptions will be made in the event of cancellation or curtailment of a booking.
Date Changes & Transfers
The date of your booking can be changed up to 7 days before your original arrival date. Date changes can be made once per booking. Date changes cannot be made less than 7 days before original arrival date.
