From the 19th July it became voluntary for customers and staff to wear a face covering. Some of our staff have decided to continue to wear them and some not, this is at all our establishments, The Manor, Yewfield, Zeffirellis and Fellinis
We quite understand if you would prefer to continue wearing a face covering.
We will continue to frequently use sanitizer and will try to keep a certain level of distancing in operation. There are various stations situated throughout the guest house.
On arrival breakfast slots at 1/2 hour intervals will be allocated to limit numbers and ensure we maintain a safe distance. We also have dine-in for some of our rooms.
We are not currently servicing rooms during your stay. Fresh towels, toilet rolls, tissues, teas and coffees are all readily available and you will be shown where to replenish on your arrival
Our bookings are live for stays of a minimum of 2 nights. Occasionally we do have odd one night bookings free. You would need to ring to find out availability.
Whilst we are still open for all bookings at The Manor on bed and breakfast basis, sadly, our 3 night special is currently unavailable. We sincerely hope this is short term and we will be able to bring it back as soon as possible. If you already have a 3 night special booked, we will endeavor to honor it with both restaurants.
Shortage of staff means The Garden Tea Room is not presently open. We are hoping to reopen just as soon as possible. Please keep checking our website for future updates.
